How does Leadership Coaching work?

Many clients begin with 4 sessions up to 60 minutes each, with more significant life developments requiring a longer coaching commitment. All coaching partnerships are virtual using Skype or Zoom, which has huge benefits and allows us to work across multiple time-zones and removes any travel time or expense.
